Requests for transcripts or other information must be submitted in writing by fax or e-mail and must include an authorization signed by the graduate.  Release of transcripts or other information based on a verbal or in person request is not permitted.

 *The Official Records Service Center LLC (ORSC) is a private company, which provides certain clerical , record keeping and communication services based on a service contract.  ORSC is not a school and does not provide educational services or grant degrees.
